Dear Fellow Comrades,

Just to sum up almost everything bout the camp...we went there and reached there around 2pm plus. Got me, Simon, Shirley, Ping Fang, Ziling, Felicia, an lots ba.. then set up camp, cycled around and around, ate around 7pm plus but little "okay"..the camp there people sort of complained bout food then lots of things happened spontaneously..all because of some things...sad though...then lots of people go away liao...left around 10 to 11 people in camp site to sleepover..or rather stay over.

Camp part 2:
Got me simon ziling shirley samuel melissa grace cheng kiat haresh li jing and her bf left.
we stayed over, made our second BBQ and quite okay..sad to see lots of food left uneaten..it's a WASTE! so we giv some other ppl in the area. we cycled overnight played cards, go mac and dots...morning zao home.

The exams which was dragging our souls down, which suffocated us, which make me feel more and more cranky, is OVER. Come out and play !!! Field trip on 13/5/08 to Singapore History Museum. Sadly..some( most ) of the class is going for the farm trip with 202 and WITHOUT players for the inter-class games...sadly no supporters and a bunch of spare tires awaits for us to handle. I hope if we get a rematch, we could send our best comrades forward and give them the fullest support that is available! Support Team 201 and let us win back the glory of sportsmanship.

another thing, to my own scope of view ( as a human, as a blogger)...
Please help the people in Myanmar and donate money for the humanitarian causes! This is the reason why i put the nice photo and song on the class blog.(Good song, good writer)..people are down there, suffering every second and people( if u are not aware) are DIEING. So please, make an effort and help them. Give them what ever support and money to them.. and let hope and the actions of man decide their fate ahead. I sincerely hope they will escape this trumoil and rebuild their lives.

NEWSPAPER COLLECTION IS OVER!

I'm very happy to see so many people being able to attend the newspaper collection today. Many of those who didn't come for previous sessions actually came. I'm very happy. It seems that today's collection was a success. The classroom is now clean thanks to a few of our fellow classmates. Some of them are Marc, Ping Fang, Will , etc. Without these few students taking the initative to clear up the mess in the classroom, our classroom will be like a total rubbish dump. Excellent job.. =) So people, please appreciate and keep our classroom clean. ^^ Thank you very much!

Guys, haven't you heard? Unicorn won the trophy this year! Pretty shocked heh? This could be because the new sec 1 group have very good stamina in running. It's great, isn't it? Awesome!

Now, let's talk about the 4 representatives of Unicorn & Class 201!

The 4 representatives were Linwei, Shao Kai, Marc & Kaiyang. If I'm not wrong, Linwei ran 1st, followed by Kaiyang, Marc 3rd & Shaokai being the last runner. We emerged 2nd. But I believe that they did their very best. Let's talk about individual wins. Linwei managed to win back 5 trophies while Shaokai managed to win back 3 trophies! Awesome! As for Marc and Kaiyang, they only won the relay part. This is because they only participated in that. ^^

I believed that everybody enjoyed the race right? Especially us! Good luck guys & enjoy your weekend!

Hi guys! How are your holidays so far? I bet it has been great! But I think these few days will be your days in hell. Why? Homework time! Who doesn't hate homework? Who? Anyway, 3 more days to school! Excited! Don't think about the bad things about school reopening! Think about the good things... Like "I'll get to see my friends again!" "I'm gonna have fun again!"... 3 more days with 10 homework. How to get things done within this 3 days? Me myself, just like you guys, have not done much homework. Attire : Casual (Bring an extra set of clothes in case you get push down into the pool and for girls please wear pants and not skirts nor dress.)

Please confirm with us if you're going by Monday! (By sms) We have to plan for the food stuff and games.. Tell us if you have allergies to any food. There won't be seafood except for crap stick.

Tomorrow we will have this "collect newspaper thing". It will start at 2.15pm and end latest by 4+pm.. Like what last year lah.. should be fun o.0
Btw, you have to bring a set of PE T-shirt and your shorts. Have your lunch before we meet okay?
Please contribute by bringing some newspapers too.. I know you guys love 201! so bring lah!!
Btw, to our other schoolmates, we are not "copying" you.. In the sense that we start collecting the newspapers as early as you.. This is a fair competition right?

And And.. please vote where you want our class outing to be at..

hey people...X-Country~2.5km!! coming soon! 22feb is the date which is next friday and u people better do me proud hor...u will be watching...so i will be giving tips on wad to do before, during and after the run...so LISTEN UP!~~

Before the run, i mean in days and weeks...do some exercises to warm up ur muscles...that way, u will not get very bad cramps during the run..remember..Moderate is good..so train not too much and not too less..training-wise i tink u people shud do simple runs and with warm ups and cool downs...that way u will then know how to warm up...to warm up...come and join me during the X-country....i will show u..( not that much noise plz...i dun like noise while running)...diet-wise u people must eat high in complex carbohydrates stuff like noodles and rice..( simple carbohydrates are sugary stuff which will lead to sugar meltdown after a while u eat it which i dun reli encourage..)...

before u go for ur run...eat ur food at least 3 hours before the run to prevent stiches..( pains in ur abdominal area; also caused by excessive breathing through mouth while running) and eat high in carbohydrates then too...and rehydrate ur self too as if u drink too much water just before the run..u will feel damn sick..i tried before..and it gives cold sweat and little vomiting...

warm up is a MUST as it warms up ur muscles and prevents cramps....ok then when u run...dun anyhow chiong! that's to people like u. i might be speeding up cos i wan make a lead..i want to get top 2 one leh...constant pace is important as it regulates ur breathing and also ur mental state cos u might be over-excited then u lose pace...breathing is like in in through ur nose..out out through both nose and mouth..( like wad Mr Chan taught)...just relax and move on and dun look at the back..it makes u mentally unstable..instead, look at ur front and regulate ur self..

after run happy right??...DUN sit down yet...u will get even worse cramps then eating before running
and wil continue for more than 1 week...instead, walk around and DUN DRINK WATER! it also cause body temp. to drop drastically and get chills and stomach upsets. after get back ur breath, do some stretching to warm down ur muscles and release the tension in it...ok that's all for nw..i wan sleep..( and also sleep is a important part of the run...GET ENOUGH SLEEP!) night..
